Hutchison 3 Indonesia Upgrades Its CSG Convergent Billing Solution

CSG International, a global provider of interactive transaction-driven solutions and services, has announced that PT Hutchison 3 Indonesia (H3I), Hutchison Asia Telecom’s Indonesian subsidiary, will expand its use of CSG Singleview to support the projected uptake in H3I subscribers in the high-growth Indonesian market.

CSG will support H3I’s aggressive subscriber growth through an upgrade of its CSG Singleview convergent billing platform. The solution will operate on cost-effective blade technology to further optimize its total cost of ownership.

“CSG differentiates itself with its proven capabilities in offering both extreme scalability and rich functionality in its solutions,” said Randeep Sekhon, chief executive officer, at H3I. “In the high-volume, highly-competitive Indonesia market, Singleview allows us to offer the most innovative and exciting services to our customers. The fact that we can do this and minimize our infrastructure cost base is an endorsement of the robust architecture of the solution.”

“CSG has a substantial track record for delivering market-leading solutions in some of the world’s most high-growth, hyper-competitive markets,” said Ian Watterson, vice president and managing director of Asia-Pacific for CSG. “We continually invest in the flexibility of our solutions, so that our customers can support the latest consumer demands and technologies on a platform that offers the low total cost of ownership that these dynamic economies demand.”
