For 45 years, DISH has been connecting communities across the nation, evolving from a satellite pioneer into a diverse connectivity leader. CSG has been a trusted business enabler for much of that journey and will continue to help DISH support its customers through 2030.

NEC Corporation and CSG Systems International, Inc. have entered into a definitive agreement under which NEC will acquire CSG for US$80.70 per share in cash, for a total enterprise value of approximately US$2.9 billion, or JPY438.5 billion, including debt.
