Coolpad, a global provider of smartphone manufacturing and integrated wireless data solutions has launched the black variant of its benchmark device Coolpad Note 3 on the side-lines of their FAN meet.
The black variant was launched in the presence of Coolpad’s leadership team. It was Coolpad’s first ever FAN meet in India and was hosted in the capital city Delhi.
GUO Deying, executive Director, chairman and former CEO of the Coolpad Group, who was schedule to attend the event but had to cancel at the last minute due to health reasons addressed the fans via video feed, “It is your support and trust towards the brand which made Coolpad Note 3 a real hit and a stand out in the market. It is your overwhelming response to our product that has led us to introduce the new Coolpad Note 3 variant exclusively for the Indian market, for over 20 years in the wireless communications industry, Coolpad has pioneered the production of affordable technology and will continue in doing so with India playing a significant role for our company. Guo, unveiled the black note 3 through an online campaign “Manwithmysterybox”, in which users had to guess the contents of mystery box and the mystery man, the three lucky winners received the black variant of the “Coolpad Note 3 each”.

At the FAN meet, Coolpad gave away a Black Coolpad Note 3 variant to lucky fan through a game of darts and also launched the new Coolpad logo in a game of find the letter in your bag. The flagship phone which was launched in October will now be available in black colour along with white variant exclusively on Amazon.in at INR 8,999. The phone was a ground breaking device in the market due to fingerprint sensor which is the key highlight of the device for the price it is being offered.
Coolpad Note 3 is equipped with 5.5 inch HD screen, bundled exclusively for the Indian market. The device is upgraded with 3GB of RAM along with 16GB of in built storage which supports 4G LTE, 3G and GSM network frequencies along with a dual-SIM slot. It features a 13-megapixel rear-facing camera with LED flash and auto focus alongside a 5-megapixel front-facing camera. Both the front and rear-facing cameras feature CMOS image sensor for better image quality and powered by a 3,000mAh battery.
