VeloCloud Networks Inc., a US based cloud networking company, has announced a partnership with Net One Systems, a networking solutions provider and cloud builder and broker in Japan.
The partnership represents VeloCloud’s foray into the Japan market as part of a larger strategy of entering into the broader Asian market.
Today’s distributed enterprises struggle with application performance and WAN complexity in their branch offices. VeloCloud’s Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN) automates branch deployment and ongoing management, assures performance to cloud and enterprise applications and enables IT departments to roll out branch offices virtually by uniquely using the cloud as the WAN.
“Net One Systems aims to provide a fully hybrid, virtualized and abstracted Information and Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure that will free our customers from the burdens of managing various ICT technologies,” said Chief Marketing Officer Fumihiko Shinoura of Net One Systems. “Cloud Delivered SD-WAN by VeloCloud is at the core of this initiative. By combining VeloCloud SD-WAN with Net One Systems’ advanced product portfolio for hybrid virtual data centers and network, cloud service providers and large enterprise customers can easily build a next generation branch WAN that they can use efficiently and easily.”
Adoption of cloud computing by enterprises and service providers in Japan has increased dramatically in the recent past. As more and more mission critical applications move to the cloud, reliability and performance of such applications is fundamental to the growth of such enterprises.
“We are pleased to partner with Net One Systems as we expand our footprint into the Asian market,” said Sanjay Uppal, CEO and co-founder of VeloCloud. “Net One Systems has a history of bringing cutting edge technologies to the Japan market and are a trusted advisor to enterprises and service providers. Together, we will provide enterprises with everything they need for simple, extensible and cost-effective cloud migration, deployment and management.”
