Showcasing its cloud capabilities – PLDT participated at the recently held CommunicAsia 2017 in Singapore. Whether it is Software as a Service, Platform as a Service, Security as a Service or even Contact Center as a Service – PLDT is in an ideal position to ignite innovation with its cloud offerings.
Speaking about the company’s next generation offerings, James L Melon, Country Manager, PLDT Singapore, said, “PLDT Enterprise is offering end to end ICT solutions today. We are doing a lot of software as a service, platform as a service, security as a service and even contact center as a service. We have this set of out of box solution that many startups and even enterprises can use.”
PLDT is positioning its unique set of solutions in emerging space of Internet of Things, M2M, etc and can help enterprise customers reinvent their IT ecosystems.

Here we can provide end to end solutions from the hardware to the software – including the data storage and computing capability on the cloud. Our solutions are helping a number of enterprise customers towards utilizing IT and reducing their unnecessary expenses,” he explained.
