Alepo, a global provider of network and IT software solutions for global communications service providers, has announced that its longstanding customer Orange Mali has recently upgraded to Alepo’s AAA Infrastructure in order to support its growing WiMAX business in Mali.
A major reason cited for the upgrade was the desire to have a solution that ensureszero downtime and no service interruption for Orange Mali’s subscribers. Alepo’s AAA solution has helped Orange Mali in the creation and delivery of innovative, differentiated services that heighten the customer experience.
With Alepo’sHigh Performance AAA Infrastructure, Orange Mali is able to bring broadband services and revenue opportunities to market faster without adding network complexity. The platform offers multi-access network support that has helped Orange Mali reduce OPEX and total cost of ownership (TCO).
For this project, Alepo also deployed its CRM platform, Service Enabler, which is integrated with Orange Mali’s in-house CRM.With features like customer audit trail and customer logs as part of a complete 360°customer view, Orange Mali can deliver a sophisticated customer care service in Mali.
“When we started this upgrade project, our objective was to improve the customer experience, reduce operational costs, and ensure there is no downtime of the system,” said Aristide Sanon, CTO, Orange Mali. “Alepo delivered on all three points.”
“We want to be the first technology provider that our customers think of when they need to modernize their IT and core networks,” said Dan Stern, Vice President of Sales at Alepo. “As Orange Mali looks to develop business strategies based on sophisticated customer care experience, we are proud to support innovative market leader as it evolves in the telecommunications marketplace.”
