With a network spanning 175,000 rated companies across 180 countries, EcoVadis provides a connected system for the entire supply chain – the global standard for measuring and understanding sustainability performance at scale. Built on a methodology aligned to UN Global Compact, GRI, and ISO 26000 standards, EcoVadis delivers trusted, comparable sustainability ratings that global organizations rely on to manage compliance, mitigate risk, and meet evolving ESG requirements. The platform assesses performance across four key themes: environment, labor and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement.
A connected ecosystem requires connected communications; BICS will continue to provide its cloud communications infrastructure (cloud and mobile numbering, and international voice termination) to support EcoVadis’ mission-critical ESG reporting and engagement tools worldwide.

Maintaining an independent whistleblowing hotline is a core part of how EcoVadis assesses a company’s ethics. To get a high rating, businesses must prove that employees and outside partners have a secure, confidential way to report misconduct without fearing repercussions.
