Astellia, a provider of network and subscriber intelligence for mobile operators, is participating as a strategic technology partner in the 5th annual Zain Technology Conference.
The theme of this year’s Conference is ‘Transforming Our World’, reflecting Zain’s strategic aspirations of delivering on a compelling digital lifestyle to its customers.
During this three day event, Astellia’s keynote presentations will address business topics like ‘Delivering a positive customer experience at all times’ and ‘Driving new revenue through geo-located insights & innovative services.’ Through relevant case studies Astellia will show concrete results obtained at Zain: usage-based customer segmentation, differentiated QoE, increased customer care efficiency. Astellia will further focus on helping Zain prepare a smooth VoLTE introduction.
