Turkcell, the largest mobile operator in Turkey, and Nexign, a Russian-based global provider of billing, charging and customer management solutions have announced their partnership.
Turkcell Technology, a daughter company of Turkcell and Ventura Digital Solutions, a daughter company of Nexign, have signed an agreement. Nexign became the sole international partner for Turkcell Technology, offering their Value Added Services Products (VAS) to the Global Telco Market, providing development and technical support services to all existing and potential new customers. Ultimately this partnership is a key step to strengthen the ties between both sides.

Our priority was to support our existing customers at a larger scale, bearing in mind their increasing demands and of course to attract new potential customers. The product portfolio, which Nexign took over from Turkcell Technology is in the area of VAS services and contains a full Marketing Suite for Roaming and Campaign Management.
