Ericsson reaffirms its partnership with Tmcel Mozambique in its journey to digitally transform its monetization suite and enhancing customer experiences with the deployment of several Ericsson solutions.

The deployed suite of Ericsson solutions include Ericsson Charging and Ericsson Mediation from its Business and Operations Support Systems (OSS/BSS) portfolio. Ericsson Mediation’s vast capabilities enable OSS/BSS transformation and effectively leverage available data to power more informed business decisions.

Together, the upgrade to the latest software releases will equip Tmcel with the advanced capabilities needed to monetize its existing services, as well as those it will roll out in the coming years, while offering unparalleled reliability and performance. It also includes Ericsson Dynamic Activation which will act as a service activation platform and user services life cycle management contributing to strengthening network performance for Tmcel Mozambique.

With the modernization, Tmcel Mozambique can launch innovative product offerings, personalize offers for subscribers with ease, reduce time-to-market and improve service experience and operational agility.
