TIM has launched TIM myBroker to promote innovative insurance solutions designed to meet the needs of the Group's customers and employees, favouring the digital channel.
From today, TIM myBroker offers TIM's consumer customers a portfolio of competitive products developed to meet their health and home insurance needs with a flexible and fully digital policy purchase and management experience.
Customers can buy the policies at timmybroker.it, which is also accessible via the My TIM App - using the their existing My TIM user name and password - and with a few clicks manage them online and completely independently in the private customer area.
Two insurance products are already available for customers: a complete and customisable home protection insurance policy created together with UnipolSai and full health insurance for the whole family created in collaboration with QUIXA Assicurazioni, the 100% digital company of the AXA Italia Group.
These insurance products will be joined by others to fulfil both consumer and business customer requirements. For the latter market segment, thanks also to the experience gained in managing the Group’s insurance cover, TIM myBroker is planning to offer policies combined with TIM cybersecurity offers.
