Thailand’s True Corporation Taps Comarch to Enable Loyalty Management Services

Comarch and True Corporation Public Company Limited (TRUE) have started a cooperation in order to implement Comarch Loyalty Management services and replace existing inhouse application: True You.

True is a communication conglomerate that controls Thailand’s largest cable TV provider – TrueVisions, Thailand’s largest internet service provider – True Internet and Thailand’s second largest mobile operator – TrueMove H with 25 million subscribers. It also operates a chain of Thai coffee shops – True Coffee. The company and all its components has a combined market capitalization of 10 billion US dollars.

True Corporation believes in the digital future, hence they have invested in True Digital and Media Company. They are responsible for conducting the key digital initiatives such as True Mobile Applications, True Digital Content Business and one of their largest platforms – True You Loyalty. The latter is one of the most successful loyalty programs on the Thai market, with approximately 11 million members.

In order to process a growing number of clients and data more efficiently, True decided to replace its present application True You with a new, future-oriented and expandable solution.

The project started in January 2018 and will be delivered in phases, first of which shall be operational in Q4 2018. The chosen solution can be easily extended for the future upgrades like Gamification, Business Intelligence or Managed Hosting Service modules.
