SUTL Enterprise Limited, a marina developer, operator and consultant, and owner of the ONE·15 brand is planing for a new digital marketplace that will bring together aficionados of lifestyle experiences and purveyors of such bespoke goods and fine services.
To be named ONE·15 Life, the platform is expected to be launched in phases with the first module (or 'asset') ' yacht charters ' to go 'live' in the third quarter of 2018. Other assets including but not limited to, private jet hires and marina services, will be added to the site in subsequent phases.
Not only are the assets exciting, the entire B2B2C ONE·15 Life ecosystem will be the ultimate fulfillment of celebrating a life less ordinary in an intelligent way as it is designed to be an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-ready recommendation engine. With embedded AI, this all-in-one online marketplace will recommend activities and experiences based on the registered profiles of its users and suggest vendors / services that will fulfil their requirements including optional add-ons such as watersport equipment rental and F&B catering in the case of yacht charters.

The Group has selected StarHub as its partner to create the ONE·15 Life platform.

Most recently in February 2018, SUTL enterprise announced its intended acquisition of a majority stake in a Thai company, which has the construction permits and development rights for a proposed ONE·15 marina to be located at Makham Bay, Phuket, Thailand.
SUTL Enterprise also has one of the largest fleet of luxury yachts for charter in Singapore, with close to 40 luxury vessels that are available for short term hire for both private and corporate functions. The Group does not own the vessels but acts as a broker between yacht owners, many of whom are members of ONE·15 Marina Sentosa Cove, and potential customers.
