Singtel plans to establish a sales office in Brazil to support multinational enterprises in accelerating their digital transformation ambitions. By bringing its world-class capabilities in software-Defined Wide Area Network (SD-WAN), orchestration and secure, cloud-first architectures to Latin America’s largest economy, Singtel will help elevate enterprises to new levels of performance, agility and resilience. This is the eighth Singtel global office to be set up around the world to support its enterprise customers.
Brazil is one of the world’s fastest-growing digital markets, as more organisations adopt cloud, automation and data-driven platforms at scale. Its digital transformation market is projected to exceed US$50 billion by 2030, fuelled by investment in AI, cloud, cybersecurity and Industry 4.0 technologies, according to Mordor Intelligence. Brazil’s enterprise telecoms sector is growing at 7.2% CAGR, underscoring the demand for advanced digital infrastructure.
Singtel’s sales office in Brazil will support enterprise connectivity between Latin America and ASEAN – Brazil’s fifth-largest export destination, with bilateral trade exceeding US$37 billion. Singtel helps multinational enterprises to manage operations more seamlessly, delivering secure, high-performance connectivity, and digital platforms that reduce complexity, support cross-border operations and enable global expansion.

It will partner with local telco operators who will provide the network infrastructure, while Singtel provides the overlay — software-defined networks, orchestration and service layers.
Ng Tian Chong, CEO of Singtel Singapore, said, “Singtel’s presence in Brazil reflects our confidence in Latin America’s digital growth, the region’s accelerating adoption of next-generation technologies and its increasing importance in the global digital economy. By bringing Singtel’s expertise in software-defined networks, intelligent connectivity and secure digital platforms as well as our deep connectivity capabilities across Asia-Pacific to the market, we aim to help global corporations build resilient, future-ready businesses that operate more efficiently, are better equipped to innovate and expand into Asia and compete on the global stage.”
Jeannie Lim, Assistant Managing Director for Services and Growth Enterprises, Enterprise Singapore, said, “Enterprise Singapore is proud to support Singtel Singapore’s expansion into Brazil, a significant milestone in its growth strategy across Latin America. Singtel’s presence in the market will enhance connectivity for multinational enterprises by providing better access and support across the region. This expansion reflects our commitment to helping Singaporean enterprises strengthen their global presence, and we look forward to continuing our partnership with Singtel as it drives digital transformation in Latin America and beyond.”
The Singtel sales office is expected to be ready by third quarter of 2026.
Enabling cross-border innovation and growth
Singtel supports many leading multinational brands globally, including those with operations in Brazil. Its presence there will enhance these partnerships and expand the reach of its enterprise solutions across sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, financial services and retail.
With over 400 global points of presence and extensive infrastructure across Asia-Pacific markets, Singtel also supports Brazilian enterprises expanding into Asia through real-time network visibility, AI-powered orchestration and zero-trust security across multi-country and multi-cloud environments.
Angela Torres-Andresen, Founder and Executive Director for Latin American Chamber of Commerce, said, “We are very pleased to see a global technology leader like Singtel choose Latin America for its next strategic expansion, beginning with a presence in Brazil. This move powerfully underscores that our region is the new frontier of growth for innovative Asian companies. Brazil offers a particularly solid foundation, with its robust infrastructure and a deep pool of tech-savvy talent that is ready to adapt and deploy cutting-edge, AI-driven technologies. By bringing its state-of-the-art capabilities in software-defined networks and secure digital platforms, Singtel will play a pivotal role in accelerating the digital transformation of both Brazilian enterprises and multinationals based here. This is a strong vote of confidence in Brazil’s digital future and will substantially benefit the entire regional ecosystem.”
Examples of services that this sales office will provide include:
– CUBΣ, a Network-as-a-Service platform that brings network services such as cloud connectivity, SD-WAN and managed services into a single portal, giving enterprises centralised control, real-time visiblity and seamless orchestration across multi-vendor, multi-cloud networks.
– SD-WAN and Secure Access Service Edge solutions that further strengthen security and ensure consistent performance, allowing enterprises to operate, scale and innovate with confidence.
Global leadership in 5G+ and network slicing
Singtel has led many industry-first 5G innovations globally, such as the world’s first nationwide 5G Standalone deployment in 2022, and pioneered network slicing to support large-scale events, cloud gaming, and mission-critical applications in sectors such as public safety, healthcare, transportation and logistics.
