5G is now available on giga!, the first challenger brand in Singapore that enhances customers’ mobile lifestyles with 5G non-standalone (NSA). Starting today, giga! customers – existing and new, across all plans – can enjoy the best 5G experience at no extra cost, as a trial till 31 December 2021.

Hopping onboard 5G is super simple for giga! customers. They just need to activate the 5G Pack through the giga! app, and a promo code will be automatically applied, waiving the cost of the pack. This free boost to 5G is available for the first 10,000 redemptions. Beyond that, customers can participate in the 5G trial by purchasing the same add-on at $10 monthly till the end of the year.

“Customers are at the core of what we do at giga!, with free Rollover Data, No Contracts across all plans, and #gigaSurprises as some of our standout features. Putting the customer first has been mainstay for us, driving steady growth in brand loyalty and subscriber base,” said Aletheia Y. P., Head of giga!. “Today, we are excited to be the first challenger brand to bring 5G to our customers, as we are eager to share the latest digital and technological advancements with them. It is part of our style to let customers enjoy the best giga! experience and the most enriching services that we can offer, empowering them to do what they love and worry less about the rest.”

giga! customers can enjoy wide and extensive 5G coverage across the island, powered by StarHub – Singapore’s Fastest Network. Supported phone models include the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, OPPO Find X3 Pro 5G and Xiaomi Mi 11 5G, with more to come. Details about 5G coverage areas and compatible devices are available at www.giga.com.sg.

Being agile in adapting to customers’ needs, giga! has over the last two years done things differently for customers, from overhauling mobile plans to digitalising subscriber identity verification, and offering unique add-ons, automatic upsizes, e-gifting, birthday surprises, and pop-up offers.
