Rosenberger spins-off antenna, wireless division under – PROSE

The Rosenberger Group has announced the spin-off of the antenna and wireless business under a new brand: PROSE. In the future, PROSE’s strategic focus will be on the development of base station antennas, microwave antennas, solutions for indoor and outdoor radio coverage, Open RAN subsystems and related services.

PROSE is led by Aili Liu, co-founder and former President of Rosenberger Asia Pacific and Rosenberger Technologies. As an independent company with its lean, agile and decentralized organizational structure, PROSE will be better positioned to serve customers worldwide and to meet the growth requirements by being able to deliver new technologies and solutions aligned to the ever-growing customer requirements extremely quickly.

Its product portfolio lives up to Rosenberger’s tradition of the highest standards of innovation and quality, while the company offers higher technological competence and better customer care.

The company employs more than 3500 people and operates 25 sales subsidiaries/service offices, 3 production sites and 4 R&D centers around the world. It will continue to serve more than 90 operators/service providers worldwide for all radio transmission needs and provide a special solution for 5G installations.

The transaction is expected to close in the first half of 2022.
