NetCracker Technology announced that Robi Axiata has gone live with the NetCracker Revenue and Customer Management solution to enable next-generation integrated rating, billing, care, settlement and credit control operations for subscribers as well as roaming and interconnect partners.
The NetCracker Revenue and Customer Management solution will help Robi Axiata provide superior responsiveness and customer experience.
NetCracker is set to showcase its latest innovations while participating at the Mobile World Congress Shanghai 2015.

Robi Axiata was looking for a comprehensive solution that provided a 360-degree view of customers, sophisticated credit control and innovative competitive advantages through flexible billing, offer management and care. NetCracker delivered its integrated Revenue and Customer Management solution as well as its number management solution and customer care application, enabling Robi Axiata to streamline its order-to-cash-to-care processes.
The comprehensive NetCracker solution will enable Robi Axiata to create and introduce new solutions and services faster, launch aggressive promotions and offers, minimize revenue leakage through sophisticated credit control functionality and reduce total cost of ownership by utilizing a single, highly scalable platform.
As a part of the program, NetCracker provided a range of professional services including project management, configuration, customization, invoice verification, training and testing services. NetCracker also migrated subscriber data to the new solution from a multi-source system containing information on retail, corporate, interconnect and roaming subscribers.
