NTT Ltd., an IT infrastructure and services company along with NTT DATA Taiwan have announced its collaboration with Panasonic Sales Taiwan Co. Ltd.(PSTW) to help the organization adopt Salesforce Customer 360 cloud platform and further elevate its customers’ experience.
The integration of the customer relationship management service will empower the company to bring about greater transparency and control over its internal data, facilitate more data-driven decision making through improved data visibility, as well as respond to the shift in market changes and demands in real time.
