One Communications and Ericsson have launched the first commercial 5G network in Bermuda and one of the first 5G deployments in the Caribbean, with an initial deployment covering geographically 75 percent of the island. In this first phase, the 5G network were activated in the capital city, Hamilton, followed by a gradual roll-out to the rest of the territory.
