Global handset maker Motorola (now a Google company) has unveiled its latest smartphone, the Moto E for the Indian market. Dubbed as ‘made to last and priced for all’ this handset will be made available at Rs 6999, with the help of an ongoing and exclusive partnership with online retail expert – Flipkart.com in India.
“Moto E is an extremely powerful smartphone designed for buyers who are price sensitive and those who have not been able to experience the Internet on their feature phones. We have been successful in packing a lot of features at an interesting price point that we believe would be affordable for buyers in India and other emerging markets, explained, Magnus Ahlqvist, Corporate Vice President, EMEA and APAC, Motorola Mobility.
It may be recalled that Motorola entered in an exclusive partnership with Flipkart.com when it launched Moto G. This was followed by the introduction of Moto X. With this launch Motorola is extending its relationship with Flipkart.com
As far as service is concerned, Motorola is relying on the 130 strong service centers being maintained by its national distributor Redington India.
Flipkart.com with its 18 million registered users, is transforming the supply chain management for different vendors that it is representing, it was started in the year 2007.
