Mahindra Comviva, has launched its Infinity Digital Engagement platform for the Indian Market. The platform embraces the power of mobile data provided by telecom operators to enable enterprise digital transformation.

Infinity Digital Engagement Platform enables enterprises to create rich and contextual digital engagements with their consumers, employees, partners and connected devices while leveraging the operators’ data channel infrastructure and assets.

The launch of this digital platform is geared towards key government initiatives like Digital India, Smart India and Make in India that focus on the digital channel to accelerate the economic growth of the country.

The demonetization measures taken by the government have prepared the ground for the Digital India Initiative. Enterprises are taking the lead from the government’s digital initiatives, and shifting their focus towards the digital channel for engaging with their customers and delivering enterprise services.

In order to make this digital transformation possible, operators stand as the prime enablers with their vast, widespread network and infrastructure. To enable affordable access of digital services, operators need a platform that can help them open up their data channel network like a marketplace for enterprises across industry verticals.

Speaking on the occasion, Aditya Dhruva, VP and head of Messaging and Broadband Solutions said: “We are extremely excited to contribute towards the government’s Digital India Initiative. Infinity Digital Engagement Platform helps realize this vision of a digital society by connecting all ecosystem players and by opening up mobile data as a channel for enterprise digital engagement. It helps build an ecosystem involving Telecom operators, enterprises and end users with a win-win-win value proposition for each player.”

The importance of digital transformation is fast gaining ground with enterprises using technology to radically improve the performance as well as the reach of the enterprise into new opportunity areas.

Successful digital transformation comes from using digital technology to take advantage of valuable existing strategic assets and create value in new ways. However, despite the hype around digital technologies most companies still have a long way to go in their digital transformation journeys. Mahindra Comviva leverages its expertise and innovation in this space to catalyze enterprise transformation into digital era.
