Epsilon, a global communications service provider, has been selected by LG Uplus, the mobile and fixed service provider affiliate of the LG Corporation, to simplify its network operations around the globe. LG Uplus serves South Korean enterprises with communications services around the world and was in need of a solution that would eliminate the complexity of managing multiple service provider relationships and give them a single point of a contact for high-quality communications services in the region.
Epsilon facilitates local access services for LG Uplus in Asia, the Middle East and North Africa via its Enterprise Connect product line. The agreement includes complete transparency with LG Uplus’ enterprise customers and joint project planning to aid LG Uplus in delivering exceptional performance and quality of service no matter the market. By outsourcing this part of their operation, LG Uplus eliminates the need for procurement teams to manage local service provider relationships and network operations.
