Astellia, a provider of network and subscriber intelligence for mobile operators, has extended its existing 2G and 3G monitoring solution within touch, a mobile operator in Lebanon, to encompass its 4G network.
Astellia is hereby monitoring the entire touch network from Radio Access to Core Network.
In a first phase, Astellia enabled touch to successfully improve voice and data QoS & QoE as well as handset and 2G/3G network efficiency. In this second phase, touch will not only be able to optimize its 4G network but also to keep a close eye on their premium customers and roamers thanks to Astellia’s CEM and roaming analytics.
