Partner to demo the latest 5G in-building network design innovations to an exclusive panel of Japanese mobile operators and Enterprises.
iBwave Solutions and Toyo Corporation are pleased to announce an upcoming Japan roadshow showcasing iBwave’s 5G and Dense Network Architecture (DNA) roadmap alongside the latest 5G in-building network design innovations, including a preview of the upcoming iBwave Design release.
"With the insatiable demand for more and more data usage coming from network subscribers, multiple 5G trials planned for 2019, and the 2020 summer Olympics and Paralympics in sight, Japan is set to become one of the first countries to roll out the next generation of 5G networks." says Vladan Jevremovic, Director of Research at iBwave Solutions. "It’s an exciting time right now for in-building wireless – it feels like the entire industry is gearing up for 5G with high expectations to enable new and exciting use cases to life like VR, AR, massive IoT, smart buildings and more."
With the roadshow planned for November 26-30, iBwave and Toyo Corporation will focus on delivering 5G focused workshops to an exclusive panel of Japanese mobile operators and enterprises.
“During these workshops, we’re going to look at best practices for designing a 5G network of the future, with a special emphasis on massive IoT applications and complex venues like stadiums. We’re focusing on these types of designs because when it comes to 5G, it’s all about planning for network density and architecture.” Adds Vladan Jevremovic.
For over 15 years iBwave has helped mobile operators and enterprises around the world deploy in-building networks and transition from one technology to the next.
“We’ve been in a similar position before when the market moved from 3G to 4G, and have simplified the process for our customers with a single platform to manage all their network information from – making it simple to access and share historical network design information with all project stakeholders, an essential step for planning and deploying 5G network upgrades” concludes Vladan Jevremovic.
With this roadshow, iBwave and Toyo Corporation look forward to partnering with their Japanese customers on the same successful path of transition to 5G thanks to their Dense Network Architecture strategy for the next 15 years.
