Ericsson Spain has announced its new headquarters in Madrid, located in Madnum Méndez Álvaro, an emerging business, cultural, and technological hub in Madrid and the first hybrid complex in Spain, a space with the highest standards of sustainability and quality.
The move to Ericsson’s new headquarters is expected to be completed by the final quarter of 2026 and represents a strategic step in the company’s long-term commitment to Spain, its people, and its business priorities.

“Our new headquarters opens a new and important chapter in Ericsson’s presence in Spain and in our role as a key technology partner for Spanish operators, businesses, and institutions. For over 100 years, we have pioneered technological advancements in the country. Going forward, our new space will provide an innovative, sustainable, and people-centric environment that will drive collaboration, well-being, and creativity, and will continue to enable our role in Spain’s digitalization drive. We are fully committed to providing our people with a modern workplace that will help drive our future success,” said Juan Olivera, President of Ericsson Spain.
A sustainable and people-centered workplace
Madnum is a forward-thinking business complex owned by Colonial SFL, designed to unite business, culture, and technology. With a 13,200-square-meter, six-story footprint, the new Ericsson space will be the same footprint as the company’s current facilities and will be designed with sustainability and employee experience as core priorities. The new Ericsson office will enhance collaboration, well-being, and productivity, while serving as a strategic base for the company’s ongoing operations in Spain.
Ericsson‘s commitment to achieving net-zero emissions in its own operations by 2030 and across its value chain by 2040 is reflected in the location of its new headquarters in Spain. The campus meets the highest standards of sustainability, energy efficiency, and environmental impact, and has certifications such as LEED Platinum, BREEAM New Construction Very Good, and Energy Class A.
In addition, to ensure that Ericsson’s offices fully meet the company’s global standards, a refurbishment will be carried out during the first half of 2026.
