Elisa Automate's network automation solution, Virtual NOC (Network Operating Centre) has been selected by Deutsche Telekom Group companies T-Mobile Czech Republic and Slovak Telekom. Elisa Automate is part of Elisa‘s international digital services business.
The automated cloud-based solution benefits from machine learning (ML) and artificial intelligence (AI). It delivers real-time monitoring, zero-touch process automation and predictive capabilities to enhance operations. These features enable optimising network-related costs, enhance efficiency and improve customer experience. It also enables operators to focus on their long-term network strategies and development instead of routine tasks.
Elisa Automate was selected after a rigorous evaluation process. The offered automation solution is fully compatible with Deutsche Telekom Group's multi-vendor network approach, and spans all deployed technologies.
