Cataleya’s Orchid SBC has been certified for Microsoft Teams Direct Routing allowing organizations to connect Teams phone system to a Service Provider of their choice. With this, Orchid can connect Teams and its users to a Service Provider via SIP Trunks to reach PSTN or Mobile subscribers around the world.
Teams is used by many organizations today as a team collaboration tool for chat, conferencing, and file-sharing features. With Direct Routing, Teams users in an organization can make and receive calls from any PSTN or Mobile subscriber around the world. This brings great flexibility as the organization can keep their existing SIP Trunk Provider and connect to Teams. Orchid can also integrate any legacy IP-PBX to Teams, thus enabling a smooth transition to Teams phone system.
Orchid’s flexibility and rich feature-set makes it a natural choice for a Service Provider to introduce Teams connectivity to their SIP Trunk offering through Direct Routing.
