Mark Madden is the Director for RAD’s North American Critical Infrastructure Line of Business. He is responsible for RAD’s market strategy and business development activities in North America to address the telecommunication needs of the utility, transportation, and government market segments with appropriate products and solutions. Madden has over 30 years of technical, business management, consulting, and business development experience with mission critical communications in a variety of critical infrastructure, military, and enterprise segments.
