There, he led product management for UCaaS, CCaaS, and CPaaS product lines, playing a pivotal role in the post-acquisition portfolio diversification and integration, which led to significant revenue growth. Earlier in his career, Jay held various leadership positions at Motorola, where he spearheaded corporate strategy and product development.
