Accedian, the end-to-end network and application performance experts, has announced the appointment of two sales leaders to their team in Brazil: Fabio Andreas Fernandes, Country Manager, Brazil and Sales Director, Southern Cone, and Ieda Arantes, Program Manager for Brazil and the Southern Cone.
In his new role at Accedian, Fabio Andreas Fernandes will be focusing on ensuring Accedian’s customer-centric organizational and support approach is extended to customers and partners in region.
To this position, he brings over 25 years of national and international sales experience, gained through leadership roles at major telecommunications vendor and operator organizations, including Ericsson, Alcatel-Lucent, Telefonica, and Claro.
Fernandes holds two MBAs, from Aix-Marseille University and FIA, and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Faculdade de Engenharia de São Paulo. He is also a certified electronic technician by Escola Técnica Federal de São Paulo.
In her new role as Program Manager for Brazil and the Southern Cone at Accedian, Ieda Arantes brings an extensive track record of success in directing large-scale programs focused on business growth, technology advancement and process improvement.
Over the course of her career, Arantes has acquired over two decades of experience directing large-scale IT infrastructure projects at both regional and international companies including Verizon and Banco Rendimento S/A, as well as a range of Fortune 500 clients.
Arantes holds an MBA from Superior School of Advertising and Marketing (ESPM) in São Paulo, Brazil and a Bachelor of Science in software analysis and development from Mackenzie Presbyterian University, where she is licensed as a graduate teacher. She also holds Project Management Professional, ITIL V3 Foundations, and ITIL-Continual Service Improvement certificates.
