Telia Estonia has become the country's first telecom operator to equip nearly a quarter of its mobile masts with solar parks. The nationwide roll-out will enable tens of thousands of customers to use mobile services powered by environmentally friendly energy, while further boosting the resilience of Telia's infrastructure.

Telia has unveiled a prototype command and control vehicle designed to keep connectivity up and running during crisis situations. Developed with support from the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS), the Nordl·nk RSQ can operate self-sufficiently anywhere in the country and is designed to boost Sweden's resilience in the event of widespread network disruptions or power outages.
