Proximus has reached an agreement with Eurofiber to acquire its 50.01% stake in Unifiber (a joint venture between the two companies, rolling out fiber-to-the-home in Wallonia) in a transaction that values that stake in Unifiber at EUR 75 million (implying an Enterprise Value of approximately EUR 560 million).

Proximus has launched 5G+, a major step forward in the evolution of its mobile network. Thanks to 5G+, customers benefit from a highly stable experience, superior call quality, seamless simultaneous use of voice and mobile data, and enhanced security. The transition to 5G+ also paves the way for network slicing, an important new feature that will enable Proximus to offer customers tailored connectivity on a commercial scale.
