Airtel Reveals US$1B Investment in Nxtra Led by Alpha Wave and Carlyle
Bharti Airtel has announced an investment of US$ 1 Billion by Alpha Wave Global, Carlyle and Anchorage Capital, through their affiliates, in Nxtra Data Limited (“Nxtra”), a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel engaged in the data center business, to expand its network across India and accelerate growth. Airtel will also participate in this round.
Telenor Amp makes investment in US-based AI player Telgea
The US based start-up Telgea makes it easier for companies to manage mobile subscriptions for employees across borders. Telenor Amp is now investing USD 3 million in the company, which is raising a total of USD 5 million in its latest funding round.
