Route Mobile set to acquire Heltar Technologies
Route Mobile has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Route Connect Private Limited, has signed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) to acquire the identified business undertaking of Heltar Technologies Private Limited (“Heltar”), an AI-driven omnichannel customer engagement platform provider, on a slump sale basis.
