BT enters agreement with TNS for sale of Radianz business
BT and Transaction Network Services (TNS) announced that TNS has agreed to acquire BT's Radianz business. The transaction is expected to complete during the first half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory clearance.

BT has completed the sale of its Irish wholesale and enterprise business unit to Speed Fibre Group. The transaction, first announced on 5 February 2025, has been cleared by the Irish the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission.
