StarHub TV customers will be the first in Asia to enjoy the exciting range of content from PeopleTV HD and HITS MOVIES HD, which will be launched on 14 September, 11am and 1 October, 2pm respectively.
Customers subscribed to the respective basic groups will enjoy these channels at no additional cost.
A new addition to the Lifestyle Basic Group is PeopleTV HD (StarHub TV Channel 440). From PEOPLE and Entertainment Weekly, PeopleTV delivers quality programming featuring original series and specials, which encompass celebrity, pop culture, lifestyle and human-interest genres. Viewers will have access to an expansive slate of programming including live red-carpet coverage and exclusive, behind-the-scenes access into magazine cover stories, popular cast reunions and high-profile, one-on-one celebrity interviews. PeopleTV HD will also be made available on StarHub Go from 14 September 2018.
Witness the rise of some of Hollywood’s biggest names with the best Hollywood movies from the 1960s to 1990s, with HITS MOVIES HD (StarHub TV Channel 512). Featuring a carefully curated selection of the finest films which include Grease, Star Trek: The Motion Picture and The Italian Job, HITS MOVIES HD is suitable for any movie fan. Viewers can relive the iconic moments from their favourite classics in HD with subtitles. HITS MOVIES HD joins the Entertainment Basic Group on StarHub TV. Customers can also catch these movies on the go with HITS MOVIES HD, available on StarHub Go from 1 October 2018.

All StarHub TV customers with a HD-enabled set-top box can enjoy a free preview of PeopleTV HD from 14 September 2018 to 13 October 2018, and HITS MOVIES HD from 1 October 2018 to 31 December 2019. After the free preview, PeopleTV HD is available to Basic Lifestyle customers, equipped with a HD-enabled set-top box, while HITS MOVIES HD is available to Basic Entertainment HD Upsize customers, equipped with a HD-enabled set-top box.
