Nokia has signed a multi-year patent license agreement with Hisense covering the use of Nokia’s video technologies in the consumer electronics maker’s televisions. Under the agreement, Hisense will make royalty payments to Nokia.
The agreement resolves all patent-related litigation between the parties in all jurisdictions. This is Nokia’s first patent license agreement with Hisense. The terms of the agreement are confidential, as agreed between the parties.
