To provide the best experience for its customers, Indosat Ooredoo is now expanding the reach of its service outlets through a strategic partnership with Erajaya carrying the Shop-in-Shop (SIS) concept.

The SIS concept allows the public to get Indosat Ooredoo telecommunication services at Erafone outlets throughout Indonesia in addition to Indosat Ooredoo outlets.

Amid this pandemic condition, the public is still being urged by the government to carry out work, school, entertainment, and other activities as much as possible from home. Discipline in implementing strict health protocols is an absolute requirement for activities outside the home. This encourages Indosat Ooredoo to carry out various innovations to continuously improve the quality of telecommunication services and provide the best experience for its customers in these challenging times. With the SIS concept in collaboration with Erajaya, Indosat Ooredoo’s service points are now closer to the customers’ homes, providing convenience and comfort in meeting the telecommunications needs of the Indonesian people.

Chief Commercial Officer of Indosat Ooredoo, Ritesh Kumar Singh, said, “As the leading digital telecommunications company in Indonesia, Indosat Ooredoo always treats its customers as friends. For this reason, we always try to meet their digital telecommunications needs, especially during this pandemic. Currently, many customers still need to do activities outside their homes to visit Indosat Ooredoo outlets to get service. Therefore, we have added service points by cooperating with Erajaya as a strategic partner. Our customers now have many choices of locations to get information or buy our products directly while still observing strict health protocols.”

“We are proud to be able to synergize again with Indosat Ooredoo this year in providing solutions for digital telecommunications needs, namely by presenting the Indosat Ooredoo Shop-in-Shop (SIS) in the Erafone retail network. This concept will make it easier for customers to get information, services, and purchase Indosat products at Erafone outlets. This is in line with our commitment to present a retail concept that has product offerings with a sustainable ecosystem and is built on a smart retail foundation,” said Joy Wahjudi, Vice President Director of Erajaya.

Erafone outlets with the Indosat Ooredoo SIS concept have been operating in several provinces such as Greater Jakarta, Central Java, West Java, East Java, and North Sulawesi. Furthermore, these outlets will gradually be available in Bandung, Tuban, Padang Sidempuan, Pontianak, Samarinda, and soon to follow in other big cities throughout Indonesia. Customers who visit SIS outlets will get offers to purchase mobile phones with free bundling of postpaid packages for up to 12 months. In addition, customers can also subscribe to postpaid packages with discounts of up to 50%.

Meanwhile, at the Indosat Ooredoo outlet itself, there are various attractive offers for cashback programs and the purchase of beautiful numbers. Even during this pandemic, customers can buy postpaid packages from home with free starter pack delivery to the customer’s address. In its operations, all Indosat Ooredoo customer service centers have implemented strict health protocols to stop the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia.
