Telenor Group has officially launched its AI factory, designed to help businesses accelerate AI-powered transformation across various industries. As part of the initiative, Telenor announced an initial 100 million NOK investment in February to build an AI factory using NVIDIA’s full-stack AI computing platform.

Telenor’s AI factory aims to enhance AI adoption for both internal operations and external customers, as well as provide local AI computing capabilities to the Nordic region. Hive Autonomy, a leading Norwegian company specialising in autonomous technology, becomes the first customer of the AI factory, marking an important milestone in Telenor’s new AI-focused venture.
