Service providers, telcos, and systems integrators want to take advantage of this opportunity. Our joint proposition gives those audiences a market-proven, simplified, and fast track to deployment, without needing to build their own technology
solutions. Instead, they can simply adopt our service and focus on generating revenue.”

Added Andreas Hipp, CEO, Cataleya, “With our established presence in Asia-Pacific, we can guarantee the support and responsiveness that customers will expect, as well as an understanding of local requirements. We also bring to the partnership our extensive

Multi-Tenant, Multi-Tier, White-Label, and Local Sovereignty

Service providers will be able to brand the solution as their own. “Together, we offer a multi- tenant, multi-tier, white-label solution to service providers in the region,” explained Robert Urban, International Sales Director, Enreach for Service Providers. In addition, “We provide an attractive alternative to some of the big players, with the added benefit of local presenceand data sovereignty, factors that are important to a lot of customers. Cataleya is the perfect partner for us in Asia Pacific and a key part of our continued international expansion.”

Through the partnership, service providers can offer AI-enhanced UCaaS services designed to address three key areas: rich customer interactions, enhanced productivity, and contextual, mobile-centric user experiences. Enreach UP goes beyond standard telephony
with a unified architecture that integrates voice, video, messaging, call recording, transcriptions, integration with a variety of business apps and over 200 CRMs, and an expanding range of AI-enhanced features. Enreach UP is also mobile-first, enabling service
providers a fast route to FMC. Customisable by design, with APIs and low-code/no-code integration, the platform enables operator and integrator partners to build differentiated, high-value solutions rapidly.

Cataleya Track Record

Headquartered in Singapore, Cataleya also has offices and a presence in India, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, the UK, and the USA. Cataleya’s history dates back to 2012, when it
recognized the potential to move away from traditional telecom solutions and embrace the versatility and scalability of software virtualization.

Through its team of in-house engineering experts, Cataleya has developed its own SBC technology, which is now deployed to
customers worldwide. Through its partnership with Enreach, Cataleya is expanding its portfolio beyond on-premise to the cloud.

The two organizations first began working together in 2018, with joint projects in Germany and the UK. Concluded Bertrand Pourcelot, “Both organizations share the same ethos: to be
forward-thinking technology innovators that are strong on customer service and local presence. We look forward to deepening our relationship with Cataleya, as we jointly support the service provider community across Asia-Pacific.”
