Colt Technology Services has today announced changes to its Strategy & Transformation team. As part of the updates, Avijit (Avi) Singh has been named VP, Strategy, Planning & Insights (SPI). Mirko Voltolini’s role becomes VP Innovation and Mark Hollman is established as VP Partner Development & Success.
Previously Chief of Staff to CEO Keri Gilder, Avi joins the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) team, reporting into Jaya Deshmukh, EVP S&T. Avi’s work will continue to build Colt’s strategy, planning and insights capability and this move broadens and formalises this activity within the S&T function.
To remain a visionary in the industry and as part of its three-year strategy, Colt is doubling down its focus on innovation. Mirko Voltolini will continue to develop this area under the banner of VP Innovation, underpinning Colt’s product capabilities with innovation and the latest emerging technologies.
As Colt sharpens its partner strategy and increases focus on developing its partner ecosystems, the company’s Market Development team will now be known as Partner Development & Success. Having held the leadership role on an interim basis, Mark Hollman is now confirmed as VP Partner Development & Success. Alongside Avi and Mirko, he will make up a core component of Jaya’s leadership team.
Jaya said of the organisational changes; “I’m delighted to welcome Avi to my leadership team. His work over the last year has helped propel Colt’s strategy forward and I know he’ll add huge value to Strategy and Transformation.
“Driving innovation within Colt and harnessing the power of our ecosystem through partnership continue to be areas of focus for us, as we leverage the latest technologies and best of our industry to support enterprises globally. I have no doubt Mirko and Mark are the best people to head up these areas and I look forward to their continued success. These changes will strengthen the team and enable us to deliver even more value for Colt and its customers.”
Avi, Mirko and Mark’s roles are effective immediately.
