As part of Incognito’s award-winning Digital Experience (DX) Solution, its USP controller provides a powerful platform to monitor and manage multi-vendor customer premise equipment (CPE) and connected home services. With real-time network data collection, the ability to deploy services directly on CPEs using virtualized containers, and improved mobile RAN KPI analytics, it helps reduce network congestion, proactively maintain service quality, and generate new market opportunities.

"As a leader in the TR-369 standard since introducing it into our DX Solution over five years ago, Incognito is proud to partner with leading operators worldwide to deploy a platform that not only meets today's needs but also sets a foundation for future innovations," said Gary Knee, CEO at Incognito. "Our work around USP underscores the commitment to delivering enhanced connectivity and value-added services to customers."

The Broadband Forum’s latest Connected Home Survey Report reveals a growing trend among global providers toward adopting the TR-369 USP standard. According to the findings, 85% of operators have either already implemented the USP standard or intend to do so in the coming months. A critical factor contributing to this momentum is USP being seen as an essential tool for optimizing Wi-Fi performance and introducing new broadband value-added services.
