The partnership also entails value-added services from PLDT which include a dedicated key account manager and priority technical support.

Among the Sta. Lucia residences that will be served by PLDT fiber facility are the Santorini Tower, located in the eastern part of Metro Manila ' straddling the cities of Pasig, Marikina, Antipolo, and the town of Cainta; the Arterra Residences in Mactan, Cebu; the Sotogrande in Davao; and the Splendido Taal Towers in Batangas.
