VNPT Smart Tourism giving great support to Vietnam’s 4.0 era

VNPT Smart Tourism not only provides tourists with information, convenience but also helps manage, operate and connect information among localities, companies in developing tourism, building digital products to serve tourists… to access the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Tourism is considered as the key industry to which the Party and Government pay a special attention for the past years. Like other industries, tourism has been strongly affected by the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

In this context, Vietnam’s tourism is taking advantage of technological changes. Especially, with the support of Telecommunications and Information Technology, Vietnam’s tourism has gradually caught up with the development of the world’s tourism, built a diverse eco-tourism and facilitated reciprocal support among tourists, locals and businesses.

VNPT Smart Tourism eco-tourism has been giving a great support to Vietnam’s tourism in seizing many big opportunities.

Smart eco-tourism VNPT Smart Tourism was built in 2017 under the comprehensive co-operation agreement between the Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) and the Vietnam National Administration of Tourism (VNAT) with the aim of promoting smart tourism in the country.
