VNPT develops IT solutions for the agricultural sector

VNPT has studied, developed and introduced several new technology solutions for health, agriculture, education, tourism… in preparation for the fourth industrial revolution.

Since 2011, VNPT has diverted model based new oriented models and VNPT is catching up on the development of this fourth industrial revolution.

VNPT has introduced Smart Agriculture solution at 2018 Smart IoT Conference and Exhibition. One of VNPT's achievements is a smart agricultural solution (Smart Agriculture) based on IoT and developed on the basis of Smart Connected Platform. This solution focuses on automatic irrigation control systems, operation management, forecasting and connectivity.

The project has been researched for several years and has been officially launched since 2016. At present, this technology has been transferred to Delco farm in Thuan Thanh, Bac Ninh and melon farm in Hiep Hoa, Bac Giang province and many other agricultural facilities.
