The Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT) was the sole Vietnamese representative to attend the recently held Nepal Investment Summit 2017 in Kathmandu capital with the aim of seeking investment and cooperation opportunities in the country.
The conference attracted more than 250 delegates from 25 countries in the world including USA, China, India, Australia, Singapore, Russia, Japan, Korea, Sri Lanka, Finland, UK, Turkey, Vietnam ... and representatives from about 300 local businesses.
At the event, VNPT met potential partners in ICT and introduced them with its technological products and services like Smartphone, GPON ONT, SmartBox, Modem ADSL, Wifi Access Point, optical fiber products as well as IT solutions (IoT Platform, Smart City applications, Wifi Total Solution, Multi Screen Platform, CDN, E-Gov, satellite services.
VNPT leaders met Nepal Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal who spoke highly of VNPT technological products which designed and manufactured by VNPT-Technology. The PM hoped VNPT will discuss with Nepal partners the supply of ICT services and solutions to Nepal.
Also on this occasion, VNPT joined meetings organized by the Nepal-Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry to seek opportunities to export products and services to the country.
