Sparkle, the first international service provider in Italy and among the top ten global operators, has been selected by the European Global Navigation Satellite System Agency (GSA) for the provision of voice services to its offices in France, Netherlands and Spain.
GSA is the agency of the European Union responsible for the operations and service provision of Europe’s satellite navigation systems Galileo and EGNOS. GSA also carries out work in various areas targeted at Security, Market development, Research and Development to provide valuable and reliable services for European citizens.
With a tender process, Sparkle was selected among several operators for the security, flexibility and scalability of its solution. Under the terms of the agreement, Sparkle will provide Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP), Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) services and related dial-in numbers to the GSA offices in France, Netherlands and Spain.
Sparkle’s corporate voice solution is an international prepaid voice traffic service suitable for business customers and featuring voice traffic encryption for total security. Being a full cloud-based solution, it allows the activation of VoIP services across different offices distributed in multiple countries, with instantaneous scalability, real-time traffic control through a web console, and easy integration with existing IP PBX platforms and firewalls.
