PeerApp to Exhibit its Latest Advances in 'Local Content Delivery' at CommunicAsia 2015

PeerApp,  a network enabler to accelerate delivery of Internet video and other over-the-top (OTT) content, will exhibit its latest offerings in live streaming, support for upstream caching, and virtualization at CommunicAsia2015, 2-5 June, at Marina Bay Sands, Singapore.

At stand #3B2-04, PeerApp will demonstrate how it is helping telco, cable and mobile operators in Asia -- and globally -- serve the rapidly growing demand for Internet video and data content.

Recent enhancements will be highlighted, including support for live streaming, support for upstream caching, and virtualization.

PeerApp offers a portfolio of local content delivery solutions for mobile, cable, broadband and campus network operators. With PeerApp, video can be delivered 12x faster by bringing it closer to end-users. This significantly improves quality of experience and reduces network costs up to 50% or more.

•Open Content Caching - PeerApp's UltraBand open content caching solution is central to local content delivery, which improves subscriber QoE by eliminating buffering or stalls, increases operational efficiency, and opens service delivery and monetization opportunities. Many Tier 1 operators in Asia Pacific take advantage of PeerApp solutions for delivering video and also other traffic such as Peer-to-Peer (P2P).

•Content Analytics - PeerApp's UBInsight content analytics platform provides powerful analytics and reporting capabilities with which to understand trends among services, content types and subscribers.
