Incognito Software Systems, a global provider of device and service management solutions for digital service providers, has announced that Orange Moldova has selected Incognito to accelerate Orange’s move into the cable and fiber residential broadband services market.
Incognito will provide triple-play device provisioning and digital home broadband experience solutions to improve time-to-market, enable proactive device and service quality management, and provide a high quality of experience for Orange Moldova’s residential customers.
In a strategic push to extend service offerings from mobile to triple-play home broadband, Orange Moldova acquired a regional service provider. As a result, Orange Moldova needed an integrated device provisioning and management solution that could support rapid triple-play service delivery across multiple network technologies including hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC) and fiber. In addition, as part of the Orange Group Essentials2020 strategy, Orange Moldova required a unified solution for customer experience enhancement to support rich connectivity and an improved service experience for residential customers.
The Incognito solution provides a multi-vendor, multi-access, service-agnostic provisioning and activation platform with a common subscriber service repository, giving Orange Moldova a holistic and scalable approach to address device management and digital home experience needs. Leveraging the capabilities of the Incognito Broadband Command Center and Digital Home Experience Solution, the offering enables faster time-to-market for new services, improved network insight to proactively address service quality issues, and unified management of home network devices spanning multiple technologies and protocols. Incognito was selected to synergize the Orange Moldova provisioning system with customer care, offering proactive issue management and service assurance for all devices within the digital home.
“In order to meet time-to-market demands in the competitive residential broadband market, we required a flexible device provisioning and management solution that could deliver services to new devices as well as numerous legacy devices,” said Dhiae Mohammed Ali, Deputy CTO at Orange Moldova. “Gaining uniform solutions that can not only deliver triple-play services, but also proactively manage customer experiences and improve customer care efficiencies will provide a launch point for continued expansion in the region.”
“Legacy provisioning systems are challenged to address the growing device complexity of today’s digital home networks, impacting customer experience and loyalty. We are delighted to be part of Orange’s expansion into new fiber services, with an integrated solution that resolves home network complexity, improves efficiency and time to market, and delivers a great home broadband experience,” said David Sharpley, Chief Executive Officer at Incognito.
