Orange Business Services is one of the first tier-one service providers to join Microsoft Azure Networking Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program, which has been designed to address enterprise cloud networking needs and challenges across all areas of cloud and hybrid networking.
As part of their digital transformation strategies, enterprises are looking to new networking models to meet the demands of multi-cloud and deliver on security, performance and user experience. At the same time, they are looking to ease the inherent complexities that come with managing end-to-end cloud solutions.
As a partner in the Microsoft Azure Networking MSP program, Orange can now help enterprises meet these challenges with a full set of cloud and hybrid networking services from Azure’s extensive portfolio. At the same time, Orange offers the innate capabilities to manage all cloud connectivity, from the local partner site through to the cloud network.
“As a network-native digital services company we are positioned as a full-stack player, providing an end-to-end journey to the cloud via our network to cloud offers. Our partnership with Microsoft enables us to now go a step further enriching our value proposition within the Azure ecosystem, allowing us to provide our customers with products and services to advance their cloud strategies for even better, more resilient business outcomes,” said Paul Joyce, Executive Vice President of Global Solutions, Orange Business Services.
There is no cloud without the network. This relationship enables Orange to address customers’ needs starting at the LAN, and through to the cloud beyond our own infrastructure. It will enable them to put down the essential building blocks for network transformation that are essential to harvest the benefits of cloud.
“We welcome Orange Business Services into the Microsoft Azure Networking MSP program. Enterprises can benefit from Orange’s extensive networking expertise and service capabilities to leverage the power of Orange Flexible SD-WAN’s native cloud connectivity combined with Microsoft Azure Virtual WAN automation value proposition. Azure networking managed services developed for our mutual customers will reinforce their autonomy and agility from the edge to the cloud,” said Sunil Kishen, Principal Program Manager, Azure Networking at Microsoft Corp.
Becoming an Azure Networking MSP enables Orange to develop managed services within the Azure network. This includes network transformation, connectivity, monitoring and performance managed services and security for Azure traffic. Orange will also be able to offer end-to-end management of ExpressRoute and Azure Virtual WAN services.
This reinforces Flexible SD-WAN’s value proposition for multicloud connectivity and application visibility end-to-end.
The collaboration will look to develop and offer managed services for Microsoft Azure Cloud Networking solutions, providing a flexible one-stop approach to managing cloud complexity that guarantees performance and visibility for enterprises. These services will be positioned and marketed in Azure Marketplace, promoting Orange’s cloud connectivity expertise through a new channel to both current and new customers.
